George Demis Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on January 15, 2026, at the age of 82, George Demis of Massillon, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of George Demis to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Demis and Chrysanthe Demis; his in-laws, Anthony and Carolyn Spilios; and his sisters, Barbara Voyiaziakis and Dena Nikokirakis.
He is survived by: his wife Patti; his children, Carolyn Turner (Kent) of Cincinnati and Lee Demis (Beth) of Cincinnati, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Abigail Turner, Sam, Gus and Luke George Demis; his brother Nick Demis; and his brothers-in-law, Stanley Voyiaziakis and Tony Nikokirakis. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church (Canton) or St. George Greek Orthodox Church (Massillon).
