He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Marinakis and Evangline Marinakis; his wife Androniki Marinakis; and his brothers, Pete and Tony Marinakis.
He is survived by: his son Nektarios Marinakis; his sister Stella Tsirelis; his grandchildren, Shayla and Adonis Marinakis; and his great grandchildren, Amari'Anna, Jared and Elijah.
