It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George E. Williams of Massillon, Ohio, who passed away on October 11, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Herman Leon Williams; his son Michael Williams; and his siblings, Herman Williams and Victoria Williams. He is survived by: his mother Uarann Williams (McGee); his wife Florence Williams (Mitchell); his son George E. Williams, Jr.; his granddaughter My'kel Williams; his stepson Corey Mitchell; his stepgrandson Corey Mitchell Jr.; and his sisters, Mancha Anthony, Deborah Childs, Diane Martin (Angel), Irene Ware (Daniel) and Phyllis Bell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Paquelet and Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Homes (1100 Wales Rd NE, Massillon, OH 44646). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
