He is survived by: his wife Sheila Vess (Weckman); his son Brian; his daughter-in-law Neilee Vess; his daughter Amanda; his son-in-law Matt Tietze; his grandchildren, Mallori Harris (Rhett), Brayden Vess (Brittney), Luke Vess (Callie Proper), Christian Tietze (Mazie) and Victoria Tietze (Justin Miller); and his great grandchildren, Navy Harris, Romy Harris, Graham Tietze, Georgia Tietze, Wylder Harris and Truett Vess.
