He was predeceased by: his parents, Gorman Conrad, Sr. and Susan Self (Brake). He is survived by: his wife Jennie Self; his children, Kimberly Self-Martter, A. Christine Barnett and Arthur Self; his grandchildren, Aaron Self, Matthew Barnett, Tyler Barnett, Lauren Martter and Connor Barnett; and his brother Neal Self.
