He is survived by: his mother Gladys Simon (Williams); his sons, Harold J. Simon, III (Kristy) and Ronald Christopher Simon (Lindsey); his stepchildren, Frank Heater, Jr., William Heater, Charles Heater and Catherine Boley; and his siblings, Victor Simon (Mary), Randy Simon, David "Ricky" Simon and Annette Simon.
