He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Seifert and Eileen Seifert Sr. (Hitchcock); his brother Arthur Seifert; and his son-in-law Richard Dodson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Irene Seifert (Fischer); his children, Patricia Wolfe (Charles) of Wheeling, WV, Michael Seifert (Paula) of Canton, Irene Dodson (Chris Warsinsky) of Canton and Charles Seifert (Lauren) of Mineral City; his sister Phyllis Millan (Michael) of Oregon; and his cousin Terry Willmott (Joyce) of Canal Fulton. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Heitger Funeral Home - Massillon Chapel. A Mass was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Divine Mercy Parish - St. Mary (206 Cherry Rd NE, Massillon, OH 44646).
