He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Teppo, Sr.; his stepfather Andrew Christo (Newell); and his brothers, Gerald Teppo, Jr., Eric Teppo and Lester Teppo.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Teppo (Miller); his children, Jack K. Teppo, Jr., Brenda Smith (Mark) and Julie Markijohn (Bruce); and his sisters, Darlene Evans, Bonnie Summers and Judy Taylor. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
