He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harold and Margaret Mullins; his sister Stacy Billman; and his nephews, Mikey and Richard Jr..
He is survived by: his girlfriend Karen Johnson; his daughter Camile Mullins; his mother Mary DeBock (Fred); and his siblings, Tiffany Carbenia and Kevin Billman. He is also survived by several step-siblings; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
