He is survived by: his mother Janet Starrett (Winings); his significant other Terri; his children, Shae Allman (Ryan Brown) and Justin Starrett (Megan); his grandchildren, Logan, Landon, Gavin, Elizabeth, Aiden, Colton and Easton; and his brothers, James Starrett (Barb), John Starrett and Jerry Starrett. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
