He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Winkhart and Alice Winkhart; his daughter Amber Winkhart; and his siblings, Jack, Jerry Winkhart and Judy Winkhart.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his son Zachary Winkhart; his daughter-in-law Chelsey; his daughter Wendy Thompson; his sister Joan Snyder; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Sarah, Kennedy and Kaleb.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Paquelet and Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Homes (1100 Wales Rd NE, Massillon, OH 44646). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home (1100 Wales Rd NE, Massillon, OH 44646). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Paquelet and Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Homes (1100 Wales Rd NE, Massillon, OH 44646).
