She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Limbach and Mildred Limbach (Cummings); her former husband James E. Long; her husband Delos Penley; her grandson Connor; her siblings, Richard Limbach, Robert Limbach and Mary Burg; and her pet Lucy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jenny Krase of Massillon and Joan Long of Richfield; her grandchildren, Stephen, Gaven, Mariah, Christian and Jenson; and her great grandchildren, Lily, Macy and Stevie Jr. Janet.
In her memory, donations may be made to the Humane Society of Stark County or to Crossroads Hospice.
