She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph Kolek; her husband John "Jack" Frank, Jr.; her son-in-law Gene "Beaner" Paul; her grandson Matthew John Paul; and her siblings, Joe, Billy, Walter, Sonny, Henry, Rose Kolek, Sophie Keller and Mary "Baby" Hastler.

She is survived by: her parent Katherine Kolek (Pierzchata); her daughters, Christine "Chris" K. Paul and Jacqueline "Jackie" R. Frank; her grandson Brian Paul (Lisa); and her great grandchildren, Hope, Isaiah and Isabella.
