He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward C. Kemp and Marian Kemp (Sanders); his daughter Connie; and his brothers, Edward Jr., Richard and Jeff Kemp.
He is survived by: his son Jeremiah; his grandchildren, Alura, Jesse, Madison, Haileigh, Jeremy David, Delany, Miley, Liam, Skylar, Maverick, Savannah and Scarlet; his nephew Cory Kemp; William Kemp, Sr.. He is also survived by extended family and wonderful friends.
