She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Moore and Anna Moore; her son Joseph; and her children-in-law, Neil Maier and Kim Friedrich.

She is survived by: her husband James; and her children, Cindy Maier, Ken Friedrich, Shari Specht (Brian) and Sandi Blogna. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and their spouses; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Heitger Funeral Home - Massillon Chapel (639 1st St NE, Massillon, OH 44646). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Divine Mercy Parish (206 Cherry Rd NE, Massillon, OH 44646).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to CCHS to the James N. Friedrich, '53 Memorial Fund.
