He is survived by: his wife Gloria Forgan (Ricker); his children, Kathi Chovan, Debby Lotter (Bruce), Rick Forgan (Robin), Laurie Meyer and Tom Forgan; and his grandchildren, Marisa Chovan, Kristi Buoni (Todd), Kalli Schillinger (Doug), Jordan Cannelis (Maggie), Kara Moe (T. J.), Jessi Forgan, Lindsay Kostewicz (Brad), Carlene Meyer, Sarah Meyer, Tommy Forgan and Hannah Forgan. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
