He was predeceased by: his father Henry Pandrea; and his siblings, Thomas F. Pandrea, Rose M. Gardner, Janet M. Carter and Frank T. Pandrea.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Pandrea (Gearhart); his sons, Joseph H. Pandrea, Jr. (Crystal) and Jeffery W. Pandrea (Jackie); his grandchildren, Emily M. Morckel (Justin), Tyler J. Pandrea, Sarah E. Parrish (Nick), Alyssa D. Dean (Brandon), Ashlea N. Pandrea, Isaac W. Pandrea and Kyle D. Pandrea; his great grandchildren, Ayvah M. Morckel, Parker A. Morckel, Myles O. Morckel, Sylis J. Parrish of Brycen, H. D and Lukas S. Parrish; his siblings, John G. Pandrea (Sheila), Starr M. Smith (Paul), George J. Pandrea, Henry J. Pandrea (Virginia) and Joyce M. White; and his brothers-in-law, David Carter, William, Michael and James Gearhart.
