He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Maupin and Loretta Maupin (Kouth); and his wife Beatrice Gaye Maupin. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Matthew (Tiffany), Nickolas (Jess), Michael and Kaitlyn; his daughter Tia L Maupin; and his sister Joyce McVay.
