He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Hart and Zula Moore Stephens; his wife Judy; his son Nelson; and his siblings, Bill, Grover, Wilma, Harry and Virginia.
He is survived by: his sons, Brad (Vickie) and Lauren (Lisa); his grandchildren, Patrick, Mitch and Tricia; and his sisters, Carol and Joyce. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Junior's memory may be made to the Stark County Humane Society or St. Jacob Lutheran Church in Massillon.
