She was predeceased by: her parents, John Forgan and Gloria Forgan (Ricker). She is survived by: her spouse Milan E Chovan, Jr.; her children, Marisa Chovan, Kristi Buoni (Todd) and Kalli Schillinger (Doug); her grandchildren, Giada Buoni, Branson Buoni and Graham Schillinger; and her siblings, Debby Lotter (Bruce), Rick Forgan (Robin), Laurie Meyer and Tom Forgan. She is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.
