She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Esther Kaiser (McConnell) and Robert W. Kaiser; her brother Donald R. Kaiser; and her husband William J. Burkett. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff of Bowling Green and David Burkett (Amy) of Massillon; her grandsons, Trevor Burkett (Ali) of Canton and Brock Burkett (Jason Davis) of Maumee; and her great grandchild Joanna Mae Burkett. She is also survived by 6 nieces & 3 nephews.
