He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Rhoads and Irene Rhoads (Wagner); his daughter Terri Pepsak (Patricia Rhoads); and his brother Donald Rhoads. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Rhoads (Whitmore); and his children, Kenneth Rhoads, Jr. (Beth), Keith Rhoads and Shari Rhoads (Tony).
