She is survived by: her children, Brittany Penick (Richard "Bud" Lewis) of Timmonsville, SC, Courtney Penick (Justin Conner McWhorter) of Hartsville, SC and Christian Penick of Summerville, SC; her parents, David Mumford and Janice Mumford of Hesston, KS; her brother Scott Mumford of Dalton, OH; her nephew Nathan Mumford; her great-nephew Sage; and her former husband Brian Penick.
