He was predeceased by: his parents, Odis Block and Allie Block; his son LeRoy Block Jr.; his brothers, Robert and Jim Block; and his stepson Lynn Scott Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Virginia Block, Toni Heckman and Edward Block (Tammy); and his stepdaughter Christine Chandler (Kevin). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends.
