He was predeceased by: his parents, James Shane and Phyllis Shane; and his brother Vaughn Shane. He is survived by: his wife Diane Shane (Fisher); his sons, Eric Shane (Michelle) and Cory Shane (Katie); his grandchildren, Keegan, Zoey, Brody and Carter; and his brothers, Steve Shane, Brian Shane and Bill Shane (Connie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
