She was predeceased by: her father Walter Nichols; her children, Chip P. Hosler, Debra Zilka and Donna Hosler; her grandson Steven Stafford; her siblings, Susie Maxhimer, Wanda Casto and Bernard Nichols; and her husbands, Phillip Mason and George Hosler.
She is survived by: her children, Penny E. Mason (Tom Nemeskal), Holly J. Wilsey, Kelly S. Orlando (John), Shelly K. Lewis (Jason Smith), Timothy G. Hosler and Shannon Owens; her sisters, Pauline Eckroad Stone, Kay Kennedy (William) and Gail Childers; and her sister-in-law Ottie Hosler. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
