He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann; his children, Staci Shew (Chip), Mark Johnson (Amy) and Dr. Steven Kelly; and his grandchildren, Matthew (Brooke), Hannah, Adam (Lexi), Andrew, Alexandra, Jack, Jake, Bill (Lauren), Annie (Mike), Russell and John.
