He was predeceased by: his father David Dowd, Jr. of Massillon, Ohio.. He is survived by: his son Maxwell Dowd; his mother Joyce Dowd; and his siblings, Cynthia Miller of Canton, David Dowd (Augusta) of Birmingham, AL and Douglas Dowd (Lori) of St. Louis, MO. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews; and devoted friends.
