She was predeceased by: her parents, H. Chester Koc and Catherine Koc (Kennedy); and her husband Francis "Frank" Fischer. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Victoria Fischer, Mark Fischer (Allison), Doug Fischer, David Fischer (Jennifer) and Valerie Youell (Ben); and her cousins, Tom Nally, Rosemary Stechschulte (Ted), Dan Nally (Mary), JT Gorman (Maureen), Katherine Stoneburner (Lee) and Patrick Gorman (Meredith). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and cousins.
