Sample of Massillon, Ohio, born in Ashland, Ohio, who passed away on October 26, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father William D. Sample; her husband Charles Cignetti; and her brother Gary. She is survived by: her children, Chris Cignetti (Anna Sutton) and Colleen Owen; her brothers, Guy Sample (Denise) and Cy Sample (Maryellen); her grandsons, Hunter Cignetti and Gavin Cignetti; and her mother Miriam Sample.
