He is survived by: his wife Kathie; his children, Mindy Russell (Matt) and Michael Hamilton (Ximena Reinoso); his grandchildren, Hannah, Heather, Jake and Addison; and his siblings-in-law, Gayle Hamilton and Frans Brouwer.
