We announce the death of Michael Marchant of Massillon, Ohio, who passed away on July 18, 2026, at the age of 64. Michael will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Michael will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Michael’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel P. Marchant, Jr. and Marguerite A. Marchant. He is survived by: his son Kyle Marchant (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Alexander, Emma and Athena; his siblings, Mark Marchant (Debbie) and Nancy Marchant; his uncle Junie; and his aunt Syb. He is also survived by nephew, two nieces, and three cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made at the Massillon Boys & Girls Club.
