He was predeceased by: his former wives, Paulette Flack and Margaret "Peggy" Flack; and his brother Steven Flack. He is survived by: his wife Susan Huntsman Snow; his sons, Michael V. Flack (Rachel) of Wooster and Scott J. Flack (Lindsey) of Ashland; his grandchildren, Brandon Flack, Spencer Flack, Zachary Flack, Aubreigh Flack, Kaceigh Flack, Deklynn and Ellyott; his great grandchildren, Holden Flack and Layne Flack; and his siblings, Ellen Grimes of Bolivar and David Flack of Perry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
