He was predeceased by: his father Tom Voulgares; and his wife Elizabeth Voulgares. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Garlando, Nicholas J. Garlando and Michelle Garlando; and his siblings, Gus Voulgares, Goldie Leosis and Rosetta Gerhing.
