She was predeceased by: her parents, Casper Knouse and Charlotte Knouse (Forsythe); her husband Joseph A. Hoffman; and her brother Bernie Knouse. She is survived by: her children, Denny Hoffman (Deanne), Daniel J. Hoffman (Carol Kline), Joseph A. Hoffman II, Polly Hoffman (John), Kenneth Hoffman (Linda) and Stacy Papp (Tim); and her sisters, Janet Olsen (Carl) and Darlene Wolf. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
