He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul H. Kramer and Harriet Kramer (Long); his wife Betty Kramer (Foster); his son Paul W. Kramer, Jr.; and his siblings, Bob, Dan Kramer and Jane Cline.
He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Little (Larry), Genny Longwell (James) and Charles Kramer (Krystal); and his brother John Kramer. He is also survived by his 21 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
