He was predeceased by: his grandfather Robert Jacobs; and his great-grandparents, Judith Darr, Joe, Sally Archer and Elizabeth Price.

He is survived by: his parents, Ryan Price and Rachel Price (Jacobs) of Massillon; his grandparents, Roberta Lesher (Chris), Rick Price and Jody Phillips; his aunts and uncles, Tiffany Howell (Brad), Mandy McCreery (Korey), Sheea Jacobs (Johnny), Sarah Lusk (Jordan), Robert Jacobs, Jr., Shea Archer (Jesi), Benjamin Jacobs and Casey Stevens (Tiffany); and his great-grandparents, Donnie Darr (Marlene), Rick and Chris Jacobs. He is also survived by 17 cousins; and many great-aunts and uncles.
