He was predeceased by: his brother Keith Lamp; his stepfather David Fagen; his grandparents, Jack, Patricia Lamp, Truman, Louise Coontz and Gaye Hensley; his uncle Neil Coontz; and his aunt Victoria Lamp.
He is survived by: his parents, Richard P. Lamp and Debby Fagen (Coontz); his siblings, Kevin Lamp, Sr., Kristi Lamp and Michelle Lamp; his children, Ricky Clark and Kiara Bapst; his granddaughter Aria Clark; and his niece Makenzie. He is also survived by several aunt and uncles.
