He was predeceased by : his father James E. Guy Jr.. He is survived by : his mother Rose Guy; his children, Evan Guy and Sarah Guy; his grandchildren, Jaycee Guy and Connor Guy; his brother James E. Guy III (Gina); his nephews, Justin Guy and Jarrod Guy; and his niece Chelsea Kostolich (Joe).
