He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bullock and Kathleen Bullock (Shapuite); his husband Thomas Phipps; and his sisters, Bonnie, Charlene and Geraldine Bullock.

He is survived by: his sister Mary Dutton; his nieces and nephews, Amy J. Bullock, Eugena Bullock, Jill Paulus (Mark), Connie Spuhler (Dave), Thomas Dutton and Andre "Scooby" Bethune (Maxine); his great-niece Rockelle Baus (Scott); Savannah Pope. He is also survived by many other great-nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Paquelet and Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Homes (1100 Wales Rd NE, Massillon, OH 44646). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at the Oakwood Cemetery (1827 Erie St S, Massillon, OH 44646).
