We announce the death of Robert Frederick Otte of Massillon, Ohio, who passed away on July 28, 2026, at the age of 79. Robert will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Otte and Clementine Otte; his siblings, William Otte and Christine Opple; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Opple, Joseph Fegley and Paulette Fegley.

He is survived by: his wife Laura; his daughters, Amy, Nancy Hrynko (Stephen) and Carrie Ottopal (David); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Brock, Brent and Molly; his sister Merita Smith (Walt) of Brandford, Connecticut; his sister-in-law Alyce Otte of Fremont Ohio; his brother Denis Otte of Fremont Ohio; and his aunt Sister Rosalie Halm.
