He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald D. Howell and Alice "Betty" E. Howell (Henry). He is survived by: his children, Cody Howell of Fresno and Darsey Howell of Stow, Ohio; his grandchildren, Mason and Nova Howell; and his sister Judy Markel (Silas) of Coshocton.
