He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Demchak and Mildred Demchak (Frantz). He is survived by: his wife Linda Demchak (Easter); his daughters, Andrea Friend (Ron) and Angela Hoeft (Brad); his grandchildren, Casandra (Josh), Bodhi and Avery (Alec); and his siblings, Theresa Demchak, Michael Demchak (Jana), Suzanne Theis (David), James Demchak and Jeffrey Demchak (Lani). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Central Catholic Alumni Association. Canton Central Catholic High School Education Foundation in memory of Thomas M. Demchak.
