He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis J. Elum and Rose V. Elum (Shannon); his wife Sandra L. Elum (Aseaf); and his brother Francis "Joey" J. Elum, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Elum Ilg (Donald) and Francis J Elum, II; his grandchildren, Alexandra R. and Eli T. Ilg; his sisters-in-law, Linda Elum (Marlatt), JoAnne Barksdale and Michele "Mikey" Staitz; and his friends, Cafe, T. J. and Pub.
The family would appreciate contributions be made in Tommy's name to the Boys and Girls Club of Massillon or the Soup Kitchen at St. Joseph's Church in Massillon. .
