He is survived by: his father Charles Kull (Carolyn); his siblings, Kelli Kohler (Tony), Chuck Kull (Sheila) and Sarah Heidt (Troy); his children, Makenna Kull and Nathan Crouser; his uncle Rick; his aunt Jenny Jo Bucher; and his wife Heather.
