She is survived by: her parents, Don E. Smith of Vinton and Tammy Johnston Smith of Jackson, Ohio.; her children, Haydon Roach of Jackson, Ohio and Evie Ray Mullins of Jackson, Ohio; her brother Jeremiah Smith of Vinton, Ohio; and her grandmother Geraldine Hunt of Vinton.
