He is survived by: his significant other Melissa Rapp; his children, Lindsey Corkish (James) of Timothy, Thomas Rapp (Samantha) and Tabitha Rapp; his stepchildren, Nicholas Bentley (Sara) and Rachel Bentley; his grandchildren, Nicky Bentley, Nova Corkish, Serafina Rapp and Eliana Corkish; his siblings, William "BJ" Rapp (Laura), Kelly Pape (Kenny) and Michelle Allour; his mother-in-law Joy Warrington; and his siblings-in-law, Kim Polacek (Jim) and Mark Warrington (Michelle). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
