He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Bolek and Mary Bolek (Selko); his wife Donna M. Bolek (Byers); his son Jeffrey Bolek; and his brothers, Frank Bolek and William Bolek.
He is survived by: his children, Jodi Sedlak (Andy), Jill Stuthers (Timothy) and Greg Bolek (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Brandon Stuthers, Rachel Stuthers, Tristan Stuthers and Maddy Bresson (Kye); and his brothers, Robert Bolek (Sandy) and John Bolek (Carol).
