He is survived by: his wife Charlene Bayley (Marsh) of Masury, OH; his children, Stephen Adkins of Warren, OH, Kimberly Tingley (Chris) of Bryant, AR, Kayla Lough (Anthony) of Masury, OH and Michael Bunea of Girard, OH; and his brother Russell Bayley (Paula) of Warren, OH. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
