He was predeceased by: his father Leroy Clark; and his brother Robert Clark. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Anne Clark (Jenkins) of Lordstown, Ohio; his brother Bill L. Clark (Holly) of Warren; and his nieces, Sarah Picray and Kathrine Bronson.
